Location is excellent - although be aware on weekends being so central there will be noise from city nightlife potentially.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Conveniently set in the centre of Bath, Broad Street Townhouse provides free WiFi throughout the property and a bar.

The location was perfectly central to everything you need and the accommodation was beautiful! The room had a luxury feel and the radio was a lovely touch. The room was very quiet and the bar/restaurant on ground floor could not be heard from above! It had everything you could need and more, and the breakfasts were amazing each morning. Checking in and out was very straightforward also, we would stay again! :)

Norton St Philip is a lovely and picturesque little village and a great location for visiting Bath, Wells, Cheddar and even Bristol. That said, there's not much else in the village to occupy visitors apart from the accommodation itself, but as previously stated, it's close to many larger towns and cities to use NSP as a base. Booking for the inn's restaurant is recommended, the food is amazing and I can imagine that it gets busy

Very photogenic village.
Very photogenic village. We had a good walk around, and spent ages in one back lane, just looking at and taking photos of the incredible variety of plants growing on a very old stone wall ! The village has a Co-op store, though we didn't use that.

A small picturesque village, the parish church is well worth a visit across the field from the rear of the George Inn. There are plenty of country walks in the vicinity and historic places such as Bath and Wells are within easy reach.

Ten Inn was great , not so keen on the Plaine , but the whole ambiance in the Inn was exactly how we expected it to be , the outside area was stunning, food okay but could be better. Staff lovely , not a lot in the village apart from
The Inn and Fleur de Lys . It’s easy to get around by car to bath and Frome

I loved it.
I loved it. It was like going back in time to the 14th century. Everything was so authentic and gave a real feeling of living in those times. Our bedroom was large with two windows and views across the fields to the church and hills in the distance. The only criticism was the bathroom was very small and having to duck when coming out or suffer a bang on the head, but I realise they were much shorter in those days and they certainly didn't have bathrooms! We enjoyed dinner in the pub on the first night of our stay and a lovely breakfast the two mornings we were there. The staff were lovely and very helpful and happy creating a good atmosphere.
We used the park and ride into Bath and enjoyed a full day going to the Thermae Baths for the afternoon, which is a brilliant experience, a long walk round Bath to the Royal Crescent and an evening meals in the Crystal Palace pub near the Abbey. All in all a lovely short break which I would recommend to anyone who has an interest in history .

It is a beautifully renovated building, keeping the historical features. Lots of points of information about the history of the site. The staff were super friendly and super helpful, Lola was great. She really stood out, a real asset. The room, as was the rest of the hotel, was really clean and comfortable. Points of interesting history were outlined so you could try and imagine what it was like. It was a really amazing and fascinating stay. Loved it
The hotel was beautiful and quintessentially an old English country inn. Very well maintained and recently upgraded.
Wonderfully warm and cosy twin room with a stunning view across field to village church.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, freshly cooked and plentiful.
Perfect location to reach Bath using the bus which stopped just outside and ran hourly. Beware, it was often delayed.
The staff were wonderful, we felt like family staying there. The room was amazing, with so much of the 14th century charm on display and cozy. The food was very good, nice menu and selection, and again, the service was great. The breakfast was also very good, with a very warm and welcoming hostess, who stopped to chat and share information about the hotel, the area and some history.
we stayed at the hotel on Christmas Day. arrived at the place just one hour before the closing time and they offered us the Christmas lunch on the house. That was very kind and thank you. we were impressed from the staff they were all very lovely and kind. the breakfast was lovely and the location really beautiful! highly recommended to everyone
Fabulous building. Very inspiring to see how the use of this ancient building as a hotel had been achieved without butchering it to suit modern requirements, thus ensuring maximum retention of the original building fabric and preserving the character of the place. A great example of conservation in action. The food and staff were excellent too.
The tavern is probably one of the most beautiful in the country, so old and stylish, a feast for the eyes.
The room itself was so rustic and cute. The bed was one of the comfiest ice stayed in. Id love to go back one day.
The lovely girls here amazing so friendly, a credit to the hotel.
Lovely historical hotel , the most typically English of bucolic views from the beer garden ( cricket/church, etc ) Great staff, dinner top quality, and the breakfast is just outstanding...
Fantastic and historic hotel with loads of character. Room to match.
Breakfast was excellent, dinner very good but!
Staff excellent and very friendly, especially the lady from Italy.
