Nothing. The place is not fit for purpose. It should be condemned and closed until the local authorities along side health and safety plus trading standards pass if fit to allow the public to stay there. I have sent booking.com a request for a full refund. We left shortly after arriving and booked into a local premier inn hotel. I expect my refund in the next couple of days or I will be sending photos and a report to trading standards. Go and make an unannounced inspection for yourselves Booking.com. You are selling rooms for them that are disgusting.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, everything we needed was in the room. We had a family room and the kids beds were a great size, lots of room for them. Even though it was nearby to some main roads, you couldn't hear any traffic in the room and we heard no noise from other rooms either. It was easy to get to and the food at the restaurant next door was lovely at the end of a busy day
It was very affordable and we would definitely stay again

Greeted by super friendly staff. The hotel itself was easy to find with lots of free, off road parking. The room was a great size and had its own fridge, as well as tea making facilities. Fully air conditioned room. Huge bathtub!!

The room was really cold as there was only a small electric heater… the walls are mouldy with flaking paint. We weren’t given enough towels. The shower we didn’t use as wasn’t clean. Absolutely appalling!
Absolutely appalling! On arrival off the beaten track we were greeted by foreign men leering over my mum and the whole place smelt of damp and cat urine! It was dirty, creepy and disgusting and the room was dated, unsafe, broken windows, mouldy bathroom and had clearly never been cleaned. We could not physically stay here not even for the price so we left within 10 minutes and no refund offered not even an apology. If you have any sense you will avoid this hotel like the plague…although you’ll probably catch that if you stay here!AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

We were in a room to the side of the main building which was easily accessible via an enclosed corridor which does get cold.

Very quiet despite being near to a busy road, and the garden was lovely. Nice walk to surrounding towns, plus Lakeside shopping centre only a ten minute drive. Would use again when I need to go to concerts in London.
