Did not eat breakfast or use the bar. A little expensive for breakfast. However due to excellent location I would definitely use again. Especially good for The Floral Pavilion.

The flat was immaculate. Ken had thought of everything in the flat area very well organised. Instructions etc for everything as well. It’s just a short stroll into town centre. Communication from the owner Ken was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Ken goes the extra mile to look after his guests. He even left us a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates to compliment our stay. Best customer care I ever come across via a booking on booking.com. Thanks very much Ken. Much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows. Bathroom was accessible with walk in shower (important as a Visually Impaired person). We were greeted very cheerfully by the doorman Jack who helped with our luggage and made us feel very welcome as did the rest of the staff we encountered during our stay. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Dinner meals were also enjoyed.
