The room was beautifully decorated with a lovely shower room. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room with complimentary milk, juice and water. The continental breakfast was delicious - more food than we could eat so had a couple pain au chocolate to take with us for lunch! We also had a meal in the evening which was very good.
The beautiful village also has a fascinating history.

The owners are very friendly. When we finally arrived after long delays and could not find the exact location, Steve came to pick us up at a nearby parking place and arranged a late pub meal for us, gave clear instructions to thei B&B, a lovely big farmhouse.

Sef and Shaan are just fantastic hosts! We were greeted with a warm friendly welcome and wanted for nothing during our stay. Food amazing, cottage quaint, warm clean and comfortable in a quiet location. We took our 2 dogs and they were made as welcome as us. We highly recommend a stay at Tumbleweed Cottage so much so we are returning in December.

I enjoyed the full breakfast before setting off on another day of walking in the Nottinghamshire countryside. The welcome was friendly and the service excellent. The totally peaceful setting was so calming. I would recommend staying at Breck's Cottage.
When I was walking in late May evening meals had to be planned for (no problem with a car) but managed to include one in nearby Laxton on the way to Breck's Cottage.
