Great to have secure, private parking very close to hotel. Lovely welcome. Room well equipped and a nice choice of decor and furnishings. Bed was super comfy - no aches or pains for the first time in years (will be investing in the same mattress)! Shower was wonderful - spacious and great water pressure. Roof top terrace had lovely views, nice atmosphere & a good service from friendly staff. A little chilly but blankets were offered upon sitting down. A great spot to watch the world go by and the sunset. we incidentally timed our stay with the D-Day fireworks on the beach and were able to reserve seating for after dinner to watch the display. The Pearly Cow restaurant was busy with a good ambience. Efficient service, chefs looked calm and well organised in the open kitchen and delivered nicely cooked, well presented food. Lovely views out to sea. Nice breakfast, all cooked to order (no self service). All in all a great stay.
