Location is within a working vineyard in a pretty bit of English countryside. Rooms are immaculate but the format is quite similar to a motel, with a strangely incoherent design philosophy - a little bit of this and a little bit of that. Food is pretty good. There's nothing to do unless you want to do the wine tasting at further expense.
With superb locally sourced food and an 18th-century oak lounge bar, this hotel is nestled in the spectacular surroundings of the Malvern Hills.

Lovely breakfast and the room was lovely with rural views. Offered a family room with 2 bedrooms as didn't have a twin available. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Super king sized bed! Very comfortable, characterful room. The staff had left the windows open to stop it from getting too stuffy before we arrived and the whole package included a full English breakfast - which was very good too. Staff were very friendly, we were greeted with a warm smile and provided with all the relevant information efficiently.

A good feel to the whole place. Pleasant staff, a lovely building, tastefully decorated and fitted out throughout, a good comfortable bar, good breakfast and dinner - all done in style. Could make good use of the outside room and garden another time. Would certainly come back here again.

Very clean room which is decorated to a high standard. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Food was swiftly served, very warm and tasty. I highly recommend this establishment.
