The Burgoyne is in the perfect location. I had a lovely room at the front of the building overlooking the Green - just a delightful view to wake up to.
The staff were excellent: very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The dinner was very good, interesting choices and well executed.
I have to say that the decor is bizarre for a Yorkshire Dales town, sort of Gothic meets Baroque, but it all adds to the nice, fun atmosphere.

Lovely room which was large, a quick filling bath (much needed after a long day walking!) and a really big comfy bed. Great views over Reeth

Characterful property which has been lovingly restored and maintained by current owner. Breakfast was delicious and we had interesting conversation with our host, Donna, who is a lovely woman running a well organised business. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again some day.
