Hotel is nice and clean, the main factor of a revisit is how great the staff are. Sian, Bethan and Jason were all amazing. So friendly polite and very professional. Only greeted at breakfast briefly by several other staff members but again all lovely people.
With easy access to both Central Swansea and the Gower Peninsula, Mercure Swansea Hotel has stylish rooms and a lakeside location.

Nice room backed onto the courtyard on the first floor. Clean and tidy, however, the sink was cracked. Always seem to get hotel rooms with cracked sinks. Quiet location backs onto a small lake. Nice surroundings, so we could give our dog a short walk and play. No air-conditioning. However, windows open, and a fan is provided to cool the room. No lift, but no issues.
Just outside Swansea centre, the Ibis Swansea Hotel is situated in the SA1 waterfront development. The modern hotel offers free parking, a 24-hour front desk and a stylish cafe bar.
Situated in Neath Town Center, The Castle Hotel Neath provides limited free parking. The property features a bar. The rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The receptionist on arrival was very lovely on arrival and the lady that sorted the breakfast in the morning was also very nice.

This beachfront hotel has dramatic views of Swansea Bay, and is a short stroll from the town centre. The M4 motorway, golf courses and the Gower Peninsula are nearby.

There were just too many emails....more than 20 before we arrived. I was also unsure who I was renting this from, with 3 different organisations involved, and more than one website. It all needs to be streamlined.....one email.
