We didn't bother with breakfast as after looking at the menu we felt it quite expensive for what was available.
The room was a reasonable size, lovely and clean, the towels provided were lovely and big and soft.

Large room with comfortable chairs, partial sea view, and sun in the afternoon/evening. Conveniently close to the centre of town, but quiet. Parking was OK; if no space was available in front garden then there was nearby free parking on road - but beware pigeon-poo!
Offering tasty breakfasts and free Wi-Fi, this luxury B&B has boutique rooms with scenic views across the North Norfolk coastline.

The location is amazing. It’s like a little slice of paradise, probably the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. Me and my partner couldn’t get over the views, unbelievably happy with our stay.

Good beach especially at Old Hunstanton by the lighthouse.
Good beach especially at Old Hunstanton by the lighthouse. Small town and hilly if walking is a problem . Disappointed with the number of Cafe/restaurants closed.
Favourite place was the craft centre in Old Hunstanton.
Useful bus service along the coast or to Hunstanton.

Great seaside town with a mixture of amenities for all.
Great seaside town with a mixture of amenities for all. There are some tourist aspects to it but all in all it seems to have retained an authentic seaside charm. Pretty homes dotted about, clean with lovely walking routes and parks. People seem very friendly and there are some great places to visit nearby.

Hunstanton is a lovely seaside location.
Hunstanton is a lovely seaside location. A great blend of everything you would want to keep young children amused and active. Great bars and restaurants and some lovely quirky shops. Lovely to walk along the front, or go to Old Hunstanton for better sand. Never far away from country walks and the wildlife reserves, a bird watchers paradise.
The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty. Car parking was free in front of the hotel, but such was the location one could walk to most things. Miniature golf, beach walks , the funfair, boat trips, and plenty of various shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. There was an emergency affecting myself and partner whilst at hotel, which the staff coped with well, and impressed me especially the slim blond guy on reception who helped us a great deal 10/10, thanks Golden Lion.
Hotel well placed for beach visit..
Lots of outside seating & eating/drinking areas...
Inside hotel traditional/smart/cozy/well stocked.
All staff we met/spoke too were helpful, pleasant, professional...
A great place to watch the sun set...
A pleasant walk into Hunstanton....
Would have like a sea view but room was good ( overlooking road )
Lots of parking spaces...
A good place to start journey along the north Norfolk coast...
The hotel was great for a few nights in Hunstanton. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We chose the continental breakfast option and, although there was nothing outstanding, it was excellent value with a good choice of cereals as well as toast and pastries/ muffins. On arrival, the staff were able to advise us about parking and at breakfast staff were helpful as wellas offering us full refreshment of the room catering.
Archie and Stephen’s property is a little hidden gem. We’ve been travelling to Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton for many years, choosing to stay at the bigger hotels. This time we did something different and we’re pleased we did. This bed and breakfast is immaculately presented, spotlessly clean, and the hosts very welcoming and attentive.
The hotel is a 2 minute drive from the prom at Hunstanton which can also be accessed through a walk from the hotel, through an adjoining camp site. Our room was spacious. Breakfast was great with a self service buffet style cereals, fresh fruit, toast etc and then an ordered hot breakfast.
The location of the hotel was perfect! a few hundred yards to the beach and all Hunstanton has to offer. Our room was spacious and had an excellent sized bathroom with tub and shower. when asked the cleaner replaced towels and gave the bathroom a spring clean.
Good location close to the beach. Ten minutes walk into Hunstanton. Very quiet small site so little noise.
3 bedrooms and the lounge sofas were big enough to seat us all.
Heating and shower were good
Great price to a bank holiday weekend
Lovely spacious, well equipped caravan. Great location near the beach. Dog friendly too! Our boy settled right in and enjoyed the location as lots of nice walks for him. Even had a dog bowl under the sink, very thoughtful.
Fantastic welcome- seemed to really try hard to make sure we had everything we needed and it is a 2 minute walk to driving range at Hunstanton Golf Course
