Good location, close to Bamburgh where I had work.
Staff were polite and helpful when dealing with my complaint about the room, though one did think it OK to suggest I wait an hour an a half for the manager to come in to deal with my complaint. Not his fault (the fault of management for not being around during check in) but not great.
