Exceptionally clean. Very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Andrew was a very attentive host. The attached photos are the taken from the bedroom window - very rural outlook therefore very quiet. The sunset was stunning - very appropriate for the name of the property!
Breakfast cooked freshly to order by Andrew, good choice of dishes.
The Elms can be found on the edge of Thetford Forest in East Harling village.

The owners were extremely welcoming, a pot of tea and piece of homemade cake was offered on arrival even though I was late and I was asked exactly what I would like for breakfast. The owners definitely went over and above.
Thompson Hall Retreat provides a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 42 km of The Apex and 43 km of Houghton Hall. The accommodation features a hot tub.

This is an idyllic location for a stress free trip! The Shepherds hut was just perfect! The hot tub was a bonus and very much added to the weekend!

A pleasant liittle village with a friendly pub serving great beer and very good food. A good place to stay for walking in Thetford Forest and for visiting local places of interest, Oxburgh Hall, Thetford Priory, the Charles Burrell Steam museum and the Ancient House Museum in Thetford.
