Sarah at reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean as advertised and in a good location, thought it was good value for money. We stayed for a birthday in tynemouth and the hotel was a stones throw from the metro line. Showers were great, hairdryer a little dated but did the job. Would definitely use again and possible next time try the breakfasts!
