Owners could not have been more welcoming or done more to make us feel at home! Spotlessly clean. Comfortable room Being able to help yourself to breakfast when needed was fab, and access to a microwave in the evenings was a major bonus too.

The facilities in the rooms were very good.
Had a meal in the restaurant which was very good. The staff were very pleasant.

Despite some poor reviews , I can only speak of my own experience. It's got "budget " in the title, set your expectations accordingly. Large bright room with an obviously recently refurbished ensuite . clean fresh bedding helpful staff.
