Our room was lovely and comfy. Attention to detail with little touches such as bath salts, a small bowl of sweets, mints on the bed. The room felt really welcoming. The hotel has a lovely bar area and the hotel is bang in the middle of town. It has parking spaces too.
With superb locally sourced food and an 18th-century oak lounge bar, this hotel is nestled in the spectacular surroundings of the Malvern Hills.

Lovely breakfast and the room was lovely with rural views. Offered a family room with 2 bedrooms as didn't have a twin available. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you like walking and history then this is the place to come. Amazing walks and stunning views. The view from British Hill Camp is quite something. There are a number of beautiful little towns, like Ledbury, Great Malvern etc that are steeped in history as well as great for eating out. The Eastnor castle and grounds are another place to visit and a walk uptown the obelisk is well worth the walk up to it.

We liked the hills and views the younger members of our party climbed the British camp to take photos and we all enjoyed the gas lights in West malvern. We took empty bottles and filled them.up with water out of one of the many wells in the area.

Lovely little town with independent shops great for browsing. Great choice of restaurants and bars. There is a great bar in the high street that brews beer called Weavers. At the top of the town we went to Alturo Lounge that has a fantastic choice of food and drink in a highly decorative atmosphere. We also went to Gurka Chef and sa.pled Nepalese food. It was very nice and a change from indian food. The theatre is lovely and very accessible. Friendly people. If you like walking there are great walks and history walks too!

The area looked beautiful but unfortunately we were only able to stay overnight for a friends funeral. We had to be back in London that evening for a prebooked event. Will definately go back again to explore the area.
All the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The brand new bathroom had a tiny installation fault and they had the plumber in the next morning to try to fix it. I asked for whatever fruit was fresh with yoghurt for breakfast and Jeremy asked if there were anything he could get at the market to make our breakfasts even better. A whole platter of fresh fruit showed up!
All guests were greeted individually and his quirky sense of humour showed he was paying attention to everyone's personality.
Beautiful , spotlessly clean and spacious apartment on two floors with a contemporary and homely feel. The beds are super comfy. Stunning views of the Hills including Malvern Priory. Close to everything in Great Malvern including Great Malvern train station. There is no allocated parking but parking is plentiful in the side roads and during our stay I was able to park just opposite the apartment every evening. I can thoroughly recommend this lovely place.
we came for a one night stay as we were going to a dog show in the area. stayed with 3 border collies. the service was excellent and so was the room we stayed in - very comfortable and spacious for us and the dogs. the hotel even went out of their way to give us some breakfast for the next day as we couldn’t make to it in the morning so that was very considerate and appreciated. would highly recommend this hotel. the area it’s based in is beautiful also.
The view from our room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location of this hotel with its car park is perfect for Great Malvern. The food and service at breakfast and the dinner we had was good if the kitchen delivery was a little slow.
The potential for this hotel is great. At the moment though because of a lack of management, attention to detail and targeted investment it’s not getting there.
This is a Wetherspoons hotel, so of course there are all the usual all-day good-value food and drink options available. The location is amazing in the centre of Great Malvern with stunning views across the valley. There are excellent terraces off the bar with great views to enjoy with your food and drinks (weather permitting). The location gives easy access to challenging walking in the Malvern Hills.
Beautiful looking hotel. We had an upgrade with Booking.com to an executive room. The seating area was a nice bonus after a long walk. The big windows allowed more natural light to come in which was lovely. Breakfast was great. Bathroom was roomy with a big bath tub and shower. Location was perfect. You can join the Beacon walk at 99 Steps right next to the hotel (saves paying for parking somewhere).
The hotel is a charming place in a very nice location, with great access to the Malvern Hills. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, with a good choice of warm breakfasts and continental breakfast. The hotel restaurant is particularly good and I would recommend it for dinner. Parking facilities are great.
Staff were really nice and accommodating given my work schedule and how late I would be getting in.
I couldn’t make breakfast as I had to leave early but room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet even by the road side.
Parking just outside hotel feels safe as vehicle is in eye view of room and off road.
The hotel location was superb with stunning views. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent so overall we were delighted with our stay and would return.
Lovely little hotel, beautifully decorated with lovely polite and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and the setting was perfect for walking into the centre of Great Malvern or travelling out sightseeing.
Beautiful comfortable hotel in a lovely village, staff were so welcoming and caring, nothing was too much trouble for them. Evening meal and breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely visit again.
Spa facilities fine
Hotel location is next to Aldi and a business park
Rooms are adequate, beds are comfortable
WiFi doesn't work, TVs are small, old technology and a waste of time
The breakfast was superb with a great choice on offer.
The owners and their staff were friendly, helpful and polite.
Hotel in a great location and parking on site available.
Lovely cosy little flat place for the cost of a hotel room, well styled amd clean. I went for work but would love to pop back just to get way for a bit. Great coms.
