Our room no.11 unused on leaving at 9.00 p.m. spent less than 3 hours in the room therefore: no breakfast no privacy you charged us £140.00 our disabled son could not use his room 2 at all and was forced to sit on a bench in our room 11- thus decreasing the amenity of that room also.JaneUnited Kingdom - 6.0Scored 6.0

Hotel is very nice but could do with a total refurbishment. The food and menu were good and the bar area very good. The staff were very good and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and went above and beyond.

We walked round Great Bircham and found a very pretty spot with benches round a duck pond. There is also a shop / cafe in the village.
