The setting of the property is wonderful and the views are lovely. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the entrance hall and the traditional aspects of the original building which seamlessly became more modern and fresher. The spa is beautiful - so calm and relaxing. The room was very large and had everything needed, even biscuits and water jug. The location is perfect. so close to the heart of Kelso. Parking at the nearby Knowes Car Park is super easy, a short walk away. I found the service from all the staff to be excellent, very friendly and positive. The breakfast was very tasty and table service. Overall, the Queens Head Hotel exceeded my expectations and I shall stay again when back in Kelso.
