The reception staff, especially Vikktoria, was very friendly and helpful. The dining staff was courteous and attentive. The room was comfy and there were treats as well.
Only issue we have is the shower curtain....that has to changed to possibly a glass one.

Room and Grounds brilliant. Food so so and speed of service poor. My friends cooked breakfast was almost cold when served on the second day of our stay.
