People. The owner is absolutely lovely. It is a family run business. So you get a fantastic treatment. I was a solo traveller female. Was a bit worried as bolton seems very quite and silent. Had an interview to attend. I feel I made connections for life with them. Took care of me. Felt very safe with them. The room was very comfortable. Feels like living in someone's home rather than a hotel. Maybe can provide a full length mirror in the room. Clean and neat. Thank you Mohammed and family for taking care of me and making bolton memorable for me.

Nice staff, great leisure facilities- a highlight for me, was upgraded to a double room free of charge on arrival which was lovely.
This hotel was renovated in 2023 and features an 18-hole championship golf course and a day spa. Guest rooms are located close to the Trafford Centre and the motorway network.

The room was nice and large with a lovely bed and plenty of storage space for clothes. The staff within the hotel were nice and friendly. There was plenty of choice at breakfast. The pool facilities were excellent as were the gym/fitness area which had lots of high-end equipment within it. The general location of the hotel was excellent a convenient distance from Manchester itself and very close to the Trafford Centre.
Holiday Inn Bolton Centre is walking distance from Bolton's nightlife and town centre, and has good motorway links, situated at the end of the A666 with easy access from the M6, M60, M61 and M62...

Very comfortable bed and the en-suite had a fantastic shower.
I was given an upgrade from single to double. Stayed two nights. Joan was very helpful and friendly, and onsite if you needed anything. Room was fitted with small kitchen area, with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Also very kindly left a carton of milk.
Alwys stay here when up visiting family so a handy place to stay.
