Great location, out of town but a short drive in (with lots of parking available in Epping) and close to the motorway. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with the continental breakfast available at any time.
Des was really helpful, telling us about the local area and events. He was very friendly and accommodating and really made our stay.

I was there for a family wedding and hadn't been to Epping...
I was there for a family wedding and hadn't been to Epping before. People were friendly and place had a nice character to it. I saw courtesy from motorists to other motorists/pedestrians that was refreshing in this day & age and is a credit to the people of Epping. Thumbs up for Epping from me.

Good bath, good heating. As a touring musician I’ve stayed at worse and better places. This is absolutely fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As it’s perfectly situated for my work I’ll definitely use it again.
