I had a very stressful train due to getting onto the wrong train, eventually upon arrival I was seen by a lovely lady on reception I didn’t catch her name (gutted) she was Asian and wore a black scarf wanted to point her out as her attitude was amazing so friendly, smiley, kind, told her what happened and I was given a glass of Prosecco (my favourite) kids were offered juice, after settled in we went to the bar for a free drink this lady had given then headed out back down to reception to ask where things were yet again so friendly and kids and myself were given an ice lolly! Such a great customer service even my children mentioned what a good response it made such a different. Just also want to thank the staff for putting balloons and a banner for my son’s birthday also left some little chocolate and made a wee dog out of balloons he was so happy! Definitely would stay there and recommend it!
