The room was lovely and spacious. The heating system was good once you discovered that the pictures on the wall were actually radiators in disguise! The breakfast couldn't have been better.

Beautiful location just beside Rutland Water. Easy to park. and Good restaurant in bright conservatory for both evening meal and breakfast. Easy drive to Oakham. Very pleasant walks around the Water, past Normanton Church (although this is no longer a museum).
