Fantastic service and beautiful scenery in the surrounding area. If you’re looking for a night or weekend away, I would thoroughly recommend trying this out! The location was in the middle of town. Ideal if you want to explore the area or pubs on foot. The food at the place was great. I had the gammon as was very pleased. The chicken looked good too. The rooms were fine and clean

More of a conference and venue hotel, nice surroundings .Not happy at been charged twice for our stay, tried getting through to their accounts department to sort ,5 times must of been on holidays . Contacted manager and he found out why ,problem solved money returned, As far as our room for two 70 plus clients having to climb a spiral staircase with overnight bags ,not easy, ground floor would have been better with a bit of thought on the hotels part this should of been arrange.

Hotel is situated in wonderful country side but some distance from Chesham. The main house has an uninterrupted view over the lake. The bedroom was very small and some distance from the bar & restaurant that in poor weather would be a problem

The manor house is amazing and well kept, we enjoyed walking on the property and off the grounds as well. It is very scenic, full of country walks and history. The library is a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy a cuppa and wind down with cool drinks and a cheese plate. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The Main house mansion was gorgeous. You could see the vast improvements they must have made, to newer furnishings, interesting wallpapers, adorable fireplace inserts. The dining and bar area were gorgeously decorated as well. The Manor itself is located on well kept, mature English countryside with incredible views and an easy walking path either by the waters edge of through a small wooded area.

We loved the little patio area. The breakfast and restaurant room was exceptional . Beautiful decor and setting. The breakfast was also wonderful and tasty. The staff were wonderful with my father in law who had COPD. One of the reception even gave him a oxygen and pulse monitor for the night. Extremely caring and considerate.

The apartment is super central, just outside the end stop of the metropolitan line station in Chesham and in the town center. The place is very clean and has everything you need. Check-in was very easy and Sarah has been super nice and helpful. I would definitely book again next time we are in England to visit our friends.

Hotel all a bit tired, most garden parts unkept, probably requires new management to spruce it up a bit. Expected it to be grand but it isn’t, not sure how they get planning permission for what could be a council block alongside a stately home.
