Peaceful location but with easy access to Kenilworth, Coventry and surrounding areas. Owner was super helpful and responsive. Property was clean and comfortable with lovely furnishings. It is light and airy and the huge windows perfectly frame the glorious countryside views.Yes, the decor is dated but quite retro too! Bathroom is functional with a great shower over a good sized bath, although old fashioned, and was fine for us. Plenty of hot water. Kitchen was well equipped with large size fridge, lovely electric cooker, microwave and washing machine plus all the usual bits you need for a few days away. The property smelt fresh when we arrived and everything was clean and tidy despite us making a last minute booking when the owner was not around. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay and have no hesitation in recommending Newera Farm, however, if you expect the ultimate in luxury it may not be for you - we are looking forward to returning.

I stayed a couple of months ago on a fleeting last minute visit to break up a long journey, and came back this time with my wife and dog with a bit more time on our hands to fully enjoy the experience. We had lovely food and drinks in the bar area, and the double aspect room looked out over the beautiful golf course and had a lovely bed that gave us our best sleep away from home in along time. I walked our dog in the evening around the side of the golf course to find lovely fields where she could run and have fun safely. All the staff we met were happy, welcoming and very friendly.
