We loved the location on the main stretch of houses on Banks Road, Sandbanks; it was within easy reach of the Swanage ferry, Tesco Express, chippy, beaches and the Poole bay where we could SUP and kayak.
The flat was clean and clutter-free which was good.
The wide-fold doors to the balcony were fantastic, with a lovely garden view where the squirrels and bats were entertaining.
The beds were super comfy.
Entry and exit systems were perfect.
Comms with the owner were A++

Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent, refurbishment taking place is much improved on last visit.

Room was nice and clean. Kids loved the place. Decent breakfast, great location. We had a nice quiet room. Bathroom needs refurbishment, but it was clean, so okay. Managed to have the swimming pool for ourselves only at 7 a.m.. Hurray for early birds!
The Riviera Hotel has a peaceful location, looking out over the trees of Alum Chine to the bay. With free Wi-Fi and free parking, leisure facilities include a hot tub and indoor pool.

Excellent stay, thoroughly enjoyed, swimming pool and spa was amazing ,hotel and Bar staff was really good. Parking was little bit of trouble as it gets busy. If you come late beach is beach is very close which is only two minutes walk. Tesco is not far but within, 1 mile radius

Stayed in Sandbanks, a short car drive away from Canford Cliffs high street. Lovely resort with fantastic beach, local shop, cafe & a couple of restaurants. Also restaurants in nearby hotels very good. So everything for a relaxed self catering holiday.
Chainlink Ferry to Studland, Swanage & Corfe all worth a visit too.
