Extremely clean and great view. Very comfortable large beds. It was brand new and very clean but alittle surpised to find a large welcome present in the loo. Other than this the whole thing was excellent.

Nicola was the sweetest host ever! So kind and generous, she made us feel so welcomed and made our stay easier. The place is also great, very clean and cozy, felt like a fairytale cottage. Called the accommodation numerous times at 17:35 to confirm we were to be 10 minutes late of our check in and couldn't get an answer. Left various emails to provide update. Caretaker later in the evening confirmed he left at 17:00 which left us without access to the property and having to find alternative accommodation (miles away). Still awaiting full refund that was promised from Booking.com whilst left stranded outside Couston Lakes Resort.
