Cafe next door very handy for good breakfast. Room was very clean and decorated nicely. We had a double and single bed and the room was nice and spacious. Good base for coast,Broads and Norwich.

It's quiet and exactly as described. Lots of wildlife playing on the field at the front - rabbits, grouse, foxes. Facilities are excellent. Communication with the hosts is easy and friendly. Wi-fi works perfectly if that's something you want.

Tanya the hostess was extremely welcoming. Breakfast was good - full English & cereal & toast - as much as we liked.
Comfortable bed & pillows. Ideally situated for the wedding venue we were attending. Also in a good location to visit many local attractions in north Norfolk.
