The Staff at Reception were Extremely helpful, -& did everything they could, to make right, ( the serious problems, they unfortunately had to deal with, (unfairly, in my opinion)! - I. E:- Problems caused, by extremely bad cleaners, - not complying with basic hygiene/ Health & Safety Rules! No Complaints about the Reception Staff, who were extremely kind and helpful, -& should not be the ones having to deal with numerous Complaints against the ‘Housekeeping/Cleaners! Very Very Disappointing, How Standards have lowered, in what was, ( used to be a very pleasant stay) Won’t be going again( but hope things improve for any future guests!

Lovely staff, clean room with very comfortable double bed. Actually I have stayed here 3 times now as a solo business traveller, and each time I have been impressed by the large clean bedroom with all the facilities I need.

Very clean and comfortable room. Every member of staff we had contact with were professional, polite and knowledgeable. The food was well prepared and presented. The Sunday roast was excellent. We stayed for three nights and will be returning.

I had a delightful buffet breakfast that included scrambled eggs, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, fried eggs, sausage, and bacon. There was also a menu with additional items to order. The restaurant was charming, not too crowded, and the tables were nicely spaced apart. I booked the spa suite, which had a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and double-ended bath, as well as a roomy area with a sofa and desk. The room service meals are fantastic and are available from the restaurant. I really appreciate this service when I return to the hotel from a day in the office - the belly pork is particularly enjoyable. Plenty of free parking and electric charging points.
