O Dan Y Coed Swedish Log Cabin with New 2024 Wood Fired Hot Tub, hotel in Abererch

Set in Chwilog and only 700 metres from Afonwen Beach, O Dan Y Coed Swedish Log Cabin with New 2024 Wood Fired Hot Tub offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking.

Cabin was very clean with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The lodge has a gated garden which is perfect to keep children/dog in one area without worrying of them escaping. There is so much to do/see in the local area, beach is a 5 minute walk and Portmerrion a 10 minute drive. Neighbours on lane very welcoming and assisted us with getting the hot tub started. Lovely place and would definitely return x

We didn't really look around Abererch, because we had a two night stay for a wedding, but it was pleasantly quiet without being dead (apart from the graveyard at the back of the house !). Nant Gwrtheyrn is worth visiting if you have transport and time.
