We had a late check-in and the staff was very friendly and explained where to pick up the keys (ibis reception next door). The guy there was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was new. Great place at a cheap price if you want to crash for the night and split your journey

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The evening meal was very good and they were very helpful in respect of gluten free diet. However, breakfast was disappointing as they were unable to provide any gluten free bread only dry rice cakes.

Conveniently located just off the N76, with easy access from the E11/A71 motorway, this friendly hotel aims to offer a good standard of accommodation and excellent value for money.

Very convenient location and was a good price for the night, the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a kettle with tea and coffee. We did not eat in the hotel as we have had bad service and food in the past. There is an excellent buffalo grill opposite which we used.
