The breakfast had everything one would expect. The room was tidy and ready. When I made the booking I sent a message to the property with a personal request and I immediately received an answer from the manager that it was granted... At the check in the lady there (I believe her name is Mariam) was very helpful and made the whole process easier... I needed some information and the night receptionist (Brahim) was also very helpful and eager to assist. In a word, the staff really would go the extra mile to make your stay with no hassle.

very clean space, all facilities are well maintained, great breakfast, spa area is amazing, gym has good equipment.
I was there for business with Audi. Traffic in Ingolstadt is rough no matter where you come from, but it is nice to be outside that traffic congestion; it gices me a choice as to whether I need to deal with it or not.
