Really nice location and Walhalla is great and Regensburg is definitely worth a visit. Donaustauf is small but you can basically find everything you need. There are a lot of walks and tracks nearby in beautiful nature, The restaurant "Kupferkanne" is a good location to eat just not a lot of veggie stuff but wonderful meat dishes and you can also stay for the night in the hotel.Martina

Clean rooms, with a very special '70's vibe' (including a radio built into the bed !;), but the bathroom was completely new, very clean and comfortable. They even have nice, clean and comfortable baby beds. There is a nice selection of breakfast foods. Staff was very polite and helpful. And the hotel is situated near the Walhalla monument, which is interesting to visit.
