A most stunning location overlooking the Rhein. Perfect for a few days in this part of the Rhein Gorge. Rooms are exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean with breakfast taken on the Terrace during the warm weather. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. There was an unlimited choice for breakfast and good herty German meals served during the evening. Assmanshausen is a lovely village with some good walking country through the vineyards. A real treat to stay here!

The Location of this Hotel was excellent for exploring the area. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our late arrival. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety. The room was clean but showing its age.

The personnel at Hotel Rose were very friendly, and the rooms had a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the city center was convenient. I would definitely recommend Hotel Rose. location for car is good but we are coach operators and for the size of coaches that we run i think it could be very tight to get to and from the hotel

It was right on the river Rhine, nice view for breakfast to watch the boats going up and down the river. There was a lovely pub just down the road. The proprietor called and said where we would find the key.

Loved having a restaurant as part of the hotel so that we could eat dinner in. Breakfast had many options and was well presented. The location of the winery/hotel was right next to the vineyards so you could step outside to explore them or take 20 minutes to walk into Rudesheim. We appreciated having a big parking lot and being able to easily reach the place by car. There is also the possibility of organising wine tastings at their store on site. Staff was friendly and welcoming.
