The staff were very helpful and tried their best to communicate with me despite not speaking English. One staff member helped me find a taxi at the end my trip here as my taxi apps weren't working. The room was lovely and the hotel itself felt very traditional which gave it a good vibe.

The room was really clean and well-decorated. A very cosy stay with a great view of the village that I think is great value for money. More importantly, the host was really friendly and gave excellent recommendations in terms of food to try and things to do in the village area. The hospitality of the host is very commendable and greatly enhances the experience of the stay Despite the hostel being located up a few flights of stairs, the host was helpful enough to assist us in carrying our luggage and we thought that the stairs were not too many and in fact manageable

Location was excellent, it being a few steps from the main river in the Old Town. Good access to food and scenic spots. Veronica made good recommendations on where and what to eat. She was very helpful and took the initiative to resolve issues that were highlighted to her.
