I have to admit not really paying attention to the "room" I had booked, so I was initially taken aback by the capsule concept that faced me after arriving at the airport. "What the ...?"
However, I am happy to report that after a night of good, comfortable & undisturbed sleep, I freely admit to being a capsule advocate.
Furthermore, this was the only place serving food in an open dining area in Zurich Airport after 11 pm! On a Friday!
The staff were excellent: friendly, kind, and informative throughout.
The "Please respect sleeping guests" signage prominently displayed certainly did the trick. All guests I observed moving about the premises were taking great care to be as quiet as possible.
In summary: great value short term accommodation; low on frills and cost, but high on utility and convenience. It's right there at the airport, serves food 24/7, and staff are a delight.

I did not like, I Love thsi place. Staff are adorable, helpful. There was a real key to the room not stupid card that dose'nt work.. Great classic wholesome food. Close to an amazing public pool with slides. The Airport is 5 mins by local but 4 Frs... What more to ask for??

Nice village close to the airport. Many shops, restaurants, take aways, pharmacies, etc. Also many public transport choices. There are also two public swimming pools, one covered and one open air for the summer.

Kloten is my favorite location for the night before departure at the Zurich airport. It has convenient bus & rail service to the airport and provides a safe, walkable community to eat, shop for groceries and the all important chocolate to take home, and explore.

The room was too hot and a fan was not available.
The room was too hot and a fan was not available. It was really too hot to stay in the room until the sun set. They have some type of central air conditioning which does not blow cool air. Also the room was $25 cheaper on the day of arrival but the haughty property manager refused to make a price adjustment. He said it was inflexible like an “airline ticket” and would make. I exceptions. I got to the room and saw that the cancellation period was until 6 pm on the day of arrival so I should have just cancelled and rebooked right there at the front desk.BethUnited States

We arrived at the airport by train and we never had to go outdoors to get to the hotel or to get to our flights in the early morning. It could not have been more convenient.
