Breakfast was incredible. The scone melted in my mouth. The eggs were perfect. The jams - delectable, homemade !!! Fresh ground coffee. Perfect toast. I don't eat meat , but others at the table raved. I didn't have room for the pancakes but they looked wonderful

location fine, bed and bedding good; could use better cleaning of table and vacuum cob webs in bathroom around radiator and clean ceiling above shower and clean bathtub better or repaint or recover; paint radiator in main room. Change curtains. Fridge great
