The bed was very comfortable. Everything else was down hill from there.
An elevator was broken. Took for ever to get to your floor floor. The breakfast was greasy pork sausages and Turkey sausages ( which were good). The eggs were or or looked like powder eggs. Tasteless and the toaster didn’t work for the bagel. There were no danishes or any anything else worth eating. The area were the food was not the cleanest and getting the food from the hot pans was easy to do. I’m really sorry Booking.com has this hotel on they sight!
They charged us one price for the first night and a bigger price for the second night, because they got busy. The professionalize was very poor at this sight. We booked the room for two night about two weeks earlier at a set price and they changed the prices.
I’m very disappointed in Booking.Com’s approval of this place at that price. I have stay at better place for less and better commendations. This place should be rated at about a 6.

Clean, well kept home with lots of space and beautifully decorated. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and 2 bathrooms is a big plus, especially when getting ready for the day. Excellent value for the area, quiet neighborhood.

The room was very comfortable and simple. Perfect place to go if you need a bed and simple breakfast. The breakfast was enough and coffee was excellent. The host made us fresh coffee even after the time slot. Would definitely stay again!
This Richmond Hill hotel is conveniently located in the city's business district and is close to major motorways. A complimentary breakfast is served each morning.
Lovely little room. My room was in excellent condition - like brand new!
Bathroom was great as well. Completely spotless, good sized shower and excellent water pressure.
The hotel is also within walking distance to several stores, restaurants and coffee shops.
It was an extremely affordable alternative to staying in Toronto for those who don't mind a short drive to the city.
I would recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on future trips.

Charming area, many restaurants we were not able to try on this visit, but will visit again. Staked Pancake was great for breakfast. Chef Riza Persian Grill was also excellent. Minimal construction for summer time and easy to get around to visiting destinations in downtown Toronto.

I Had a very bad experience, there were many noises throughout the whole night. Because of that, I didn't get a good sleeping experience. The bed had 3 different noises ( the mattress, the wood, and the metal pieces ) there was also another noise that would be making noise during the whole night at almost every 30 minutes ( coming from the closet or somewhere around it). The host didn't speak one word of English so I couldn't really discuss anything with her.

Dingy, the cab drivers are rude, the people are rough there is a lot of construction. Nothing open late night if your hungry. And if you do find something, ubereats might have it delivered 2.5 hours away from you.

Great facility.
Great facility. Breakfast at the Crave restaurant in the Sheraton was exceptional. Pool is awesome, but many up and down stairs to get from the elevator to the actual pool. Challenging when you are physically challenged. Otherwise, this facility is terrific, clean and newly renovated.
The breakfast had a nice variety and their pancake machine made EXCELLENT pancakes.
The ac was super powerful which was great with the temperature in the 30s.
The bed was comfortable and clean and we got extra pillows when we asked. The size of the room was great and the shower was amazing. Everything was very clean.
This hotel is also close to a GO train station (a few minutes by car) which made going to downtown Toronto pretty easy.
Friendly hosts, Took us in, with our dog, no money down, on short notice in the worst snowstorm of the year. Hotel prices were jacked up at the time and the basic hotels wanted 350 per night. We chose ns basemente instead. The hosts cleared a path for us to enter in the storm. The apartment is good value for money. Close to shopping, Includes full kitchen with cooking utensils.
Was like a perfect "mini-me" of a motel room. Hanging space, once you moved the desk a little. Good drawer space.
Comfy bed.
Clean.
Was close to where I needed to go.
This is at the northern edge of Richmond Hill, which is the northern edge of Toronto. Means it is on the bus route, but the Blue stops south, one block.
During check-in we found out there was an issue with our room at Best Western. The staff moved us to a room at Sheraton (hotels are connected, separate towers). No headaches, no waiting, no discussion... Staff was super friendly and accommodated us right away. Also.. free parking, lots of good restaurants nearby.
was upgraded to a jacuzzi room which I loved! the location was superb as it was nearby many eateries and restaurants.
the hotel exterior and interior and rooms were spotless clean, and the amenities/furniture used were tasteful and high quality. every furniture seemed customized and built in.
They were very pleasant hosts and Courteous to all of our needs. We had our own privacy, and the location was excellent. The place was clean and Tidy. Overall I didn't have any complaints. When you need somewhere to stay in Richmond Hill, this is a cozy place to be.
The hotel was very clean, Staff were beyond helpful and do very courteous. Our room was OUTSTANDING. And I have stayed many places, the value was great, and the room was perfect and then some, for our needs. Check in was fast and easy. We will stay here again.
The hotel location is good. You can go by walking to all the shopping malls like Dollarama,No Frills, FoodBasics etc. Walking distance to banks . Walking distance to restaurants.
The room was very clean and staff was good.
Wifi is good.
Breakfast was great and we appreciated the options available. The beds were comfortable and made for a restful sleep, The room was pleasant and looked much better than expected considering the aged look of the hotel exterior.
The host was very accommodating and we loved being able to be all together yet have our own space as well. I would love to come back to Canada and stay here again.
The room was very comfortable and clean and looked like it had been redone. This was surprising given the outside of the hotel and the hallways and front lobby!
I like the location of the hotel. Nice cafeteria and grab a coffee in Starbucks is good idea. They have friendly staff & cleaning lady. The room is clean
