Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel, hotel in Cambridge

This hotel features an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Located off Highway 401 at near the Tri-Cities of Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo, it offers cable TV in every room and a free hot breakfast.

The location was ideal for the purpose of our trip to African Lion Safari. And the pool/hot tub area was the perfect way to spend some more time with the kids afterwards.

The property was spotlessly clean and beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated. The location was fantastic, close to the highway and around an hour east to Toronto and an hour the other way to Niagara Falls.

    Nice place and pretty quiet even being close to the 401.

    Nice place and pretty quiet even being close to the 401. The staff were very and nice and accommodating as there was a fair amount of young hockey players in the hotel which can be quite rowdy but the staff chose to place us at the end of a corridor to help with the noise. It was very good.

    Every thing was great. The quality and privacy with a good price I would have rebooked same room if I was staying longer great location I adored the comfort and having tv an e wi fi was a bonus Best part coffee and breakfast included

    I can't really complain but for the money it costs it sure...

    I can't really complain but for the money it costs it sure could use some upgrades. But it was clean, staff was friendly, easy check in and out...Room was very quiet considering the 401 was right there.I love parking my vehicle right outside my door. Makes for easy loading and unloadng...Breakfast was the normal continental but no complaints.

    Should have basic utensils like set of cutlery , a bottle of water for the guests' usage. When inquired about a universal charger or a power adapter same wasn't available. When guests travelling from other countries, these basic needs should be fulfilled.

    As I said before..it was very unkempt ..lots of things not...

    As I said before..it was very unkempt ..lots of things not working. Hard to find.. sign was burnt out . Lots of stuff in room not working. Carpet falling apart. Key cards kept not working..had yo be rekeyed multiple times and opened multiple rooms. No breakfast as advertised. Overall very poor experience.

    Morning,

    Morning, Two issues I, had were , the toilets didn't flush well. The biggest issue was no hot water. Let the shower run and run and had enough warm water too shower. Enjoyed the hot tub very much. Thank you Lorna Jess Is there a lost & found ? Left my bathing suit in my room ? #405

    Everything was absolutely perfect. My wife and I love to check out different hotels and we always get a jacuzzi suite, this was by far one of the best suites. The room was a great size and the bed was very comfortable. We also loved the breakfast a good variety. All the staff were very friendly as well. We are definitely coming back.

    Clean and modern, with lots of space and up-to-date appliances. Quiet residential area. Plenty of workspace, if you're travelling for business. Great shower! Kitchen has microwave, toaster oven and induction hotplate along with a nice big fridge. Comfortable bed. Fast, solid internet connection. Very good value.

    We liked the fact that we could at least get a bit of breakfast. Most motels cancelled their breakfasts due to COVID. Since we don't eat yogurt, we mentioned it to the desk clerk, and they were very willing to take the yogurt out of our breakfasts, so food wasn't wasted.

    The location was perfect for our needs. The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. Although the breakfast was a flop on the Friday morning and the coffee not so great, this would not stop me from returning to Cambridge hotel and Conference centre for my next stay.

    The space was great and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay in Cambridge. The digital key for access was also handy as I was arriving quite late, but was able to get my key prior to arrival. Would absolutely stay here again in future.

    Nice room with sofa, king bed, desk and bag storage area. The bathroom was spacious, clean and lots of space for toiletries. Shower was nice with a decent shower head. Lots of mirrors in the space. USB charging ports all around the room is great!

    The bed was very comfortable. Parking was free and ample. Least expensive accommodation in the area. I liked that it is a small building. The location is close to the 401 without being right beside it.
