Unfriendly staff, long waiting times to order a drink, and to top it all off, I had to pay an extra 60 euros because there was 1 drop of blood on my bedding (this was due to a mosquito bite). You must reserve the restaurants in advance to order a drink. Being able to eat there would be useful if the staff would tell you to do this in advance. We go on holiday a lot, but this was one of the worst hotels so far.

I liked the fact staff spoke English to be able to accommodate the customers. I Am Bulgarian but I travelling with my English partner. The bar staff Todor was very helpful , fluent English, great customer service!!!
