It was my second trip.I am dissapointed from the fact that the elevator was not working in the morning and I had to walk 3 floors to go to the restaurant , back to the third floor and back down with my luggage.Not even someone to help the guests, like bell boy.Unbelievable.The whole night no one called emergency.
