Fantastic reception team, who all spoke superb English and were very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and modern, as was the bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Just a 5 minute drive from the airport, perfect if you are faced with an early morning flight. The room is also close to a number of restaurants, as well as cafes and bars. The hotel represents excellent value for money when compared to similar hotels in Sarajevo.

The room was large and well laid out, with very nice decor. The views out to the forest was amazing, we saw wild horses passing daily. The bed was a bit hard and very creaky. Breakfast had a really good variety, staff understood the need to have separate spoons for each dish. Very delicious and fresh.
Ayla at reception made our stay very special, going over and beyond to help us with research for charities and tours. A true asset to the hotel.

The hotel is a typical Soviet-style hotel, but it's very functional and comfortable. The staff is eager to ensure your satisfaction. While the breakfast lacks variety, it is still good. The hotel is located far away from the centre, but with a car, it's not a big problem. Good value for money.
