We had excellent communication with the host, including advice on the locality. The house is very well equipped with plenty of space. It was cosy in late autumn. The arrival welcome pack was much appreciated. There are walking trails starting from the front door, and other walks in South Arm a short drive away. We did see an aurora while we were there, but cetaceans not so much.

Very clean, tidy and well stocked with essentials e.g with tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and toiletries. (Having milk in the fridge when we arrived was really appreciated as all shops were closed!) Good heating and hot water supply, excellent linen (towels &sheets) and laundry facilities (washer, dryer, washing line and even some washing powder provided). Outside BBQ worked great.
