Nambour is an old established town but it provides easy and quick access to the Sunshine Coast( around 20 mins to the Sunshine Coast airport) where accommodation could be considerably more expensive. My stay in the Nambour Heights Motel was directly opposite the Nambour Hospital and relatively close to other places in the area. It was 11 minutes from the Buderim Ginger Factory and very close to the Big Pineapple. Also close to the Bli Bli water ski park which appeared to be a huge complex.

Nice town with all shopping facilities. Main Quota park in town centre has three free BBQ but one out of order during our stay. Playground and skate park near this park. More BBQ and seating facilities could improve Tourist experience, difficult to find an operational BBQ in the town area. Check Hervey Bay beachfront areas for excellent examples of BBQ facilities. Convenient stopover town, did not checkout all the various parks and walking tracks in the vicinity.

We hoped to go to the Nambour museum, but due to covid, it was closed. Easy enough to find one's way around the town, though it is quite a big town. Highly recommend the pizza and pasta restaurant in Currie street very good food and value for money. The decor at Chef Kim's Chinese restaurant, is unaffected by modernity, but the food is tasty if slightly westernized for the unsophisticated palate.

Loved the short break with my husband the area is beautiful. Nambour RSL for meals also recommend Endless Time Cafe for breakfast. I recommend a trip to the Landsborough Hotel 30 mins by train from Nambour.

The property was perfectly located for our quick trip to Nambour. Room was simple, clean and extremely spacious; just what we needed for our overnight stay. I was surprised how quiet it was considering the location and how full the carpark was. The staff were super friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them. Loved the pump bottles of soap, shampoo & conditioner- smelt amazing. We’ll be back.

We've been staying here regularly for a few years now and it's always reliable and pleasant. This time the room had updated furniture and some fittings so we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great and close to the RSL for dinner. There's not many restaurants left in Nambour so the RSL is always going to be your best bet.

Good check in process, very clean, big bathroom, very quiet location, great shower pressure and some of the best towels I've come across in rental accommodation. Small kitchenette for a few extra bucks was a bonus. Cudos to the owner/managers.

I've stayed at this motel twice and both times it was out of necessity. It's reasonably comfy. The rooms are big which is a bonus. It's close to all you need for a stay in Nambour. The staff are friendly and polite.

Breakfast was not available, presumably due to COVID restrictions. It was surprisingly quiet given that the motel is on the main street of Nambour which carries a lot of traffic.
