The room was modern, very clean and had plenty of storage. In spite of the location being very close to a main road, it was really quiet.

It is a standard motel - easy to find, in house restaurant with reasonable food, comfortable bed, low price but nothing outstanding. Clean but smelled highly (and unpleasantly) of cleaning products when we arrived!
No pod machine, no extra decorations but a decent sized table where we played a game.
Found the immediate area disappointing but nice winery experiences a short drive away.

The room was fully renovated, very comfortable, clean and simply decorated. The Staff was very helpful and very friendly. We loved staying here. The only small disappointment was the breakfast. From the pictures we expected a buffet continental breakfast with croissants as the picture showed. However the breakfast was provided in the room which we could take out with us to the common kitchen area and only had bread and jams and yoghurt.

After seeing my review and reading others, it would seem that the motel has either a power problem or there's an issue with signal strength for air con, TV and other electrics. I hope the owners get to read these comments. It's a nice motel , great value , but problems with electrics.

It was just an overnight stay.
It was just an overnight stay. Murrumbateman isn't a big place but I believe there are wineries close by & it is close to ACT.
The Country Inn was busy that evening, which may explain why the meal was disappointing & the vegetables raw & cold. (Not meant to be a salad).
Modern and clean hotel with very nice rooms and bathrooms. Free car parking. Nice communal area. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. We did not have any pets with us but many guests did - clear rules for pets so it does not impact other guests. Well set up.
It is a fantastic hotel in a great location. Very clean and nice rooms with beautiful bathrooms. Very well maintained. Great shared kitchen which is incredibly handy with kids! Quick walk to coffee shop and bakery. Can't wait to come back
The facilities and room size were great. We had a cat with us and it still felt like we were in a luxurious hotel. The communal kitchen facilities were also so good as normally when you stay in a hotel there’s nowhere to cook dinner.
Very good value for money especially compared to staying in Canberra.
Enjoyed a bistro meal which was also good value.
Relieved that we didn’t hear any noise from the bistro/pub on either Friday or Saturday night.
Family room with 2 double beds....may even have been queens, not sure. Easy to find. Easy access to load/unload car in adjacent carpark...motel style. Great to be able to bring our dog.
The staff were great.Helpful and thoughtful.
The hotel was good and the food was enjoyable and good value.
The water in the shower in our unit worked well.
The linen was clean.
This hotel is truly impressive. Unlike typical highway motels, it exceeds standards. The highlight for us was the shared kitchen, perfect for our family to prepare breakfast.
Great wonderful country folk! Next to the Murrumbateman tavern which is just wonderful too! great menu and atmosphere. Rooms comfortable and clean and great value for money.
Plenty of parking, room was large and there were three chairs (hate having to sit on the bed). The hotel was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night. Shower was good.
