This place has a lovely historic charm & a brilliant location. I fell asleep to the sound of frogs in the nearby creek. The rooms are separate bungalows comprising of a bedroom with a double bed, a table with 2 chairs & small bathroom. There is an electric kettle with tea & instant coffee. As well as a small fridge.

Loved it years ago, but the main street has been changed alarmingly with the monstrous black 'resort' which spoils the feel of it. The fire memorial is wonderful and parks and streetscape is lovely at the bottom end.
The cafes are great, the supermarket was fine for self catering. Bruno's garden is fantastic - even better than it used to be. Surrounding area - drives and walks at the Meeting of the Waters are still wonderful.

Marysville is a town with beautiful scenery and walking tracks. While there we visited Bruno Art n Sculpture Garden which was truly amazing. Steavenson Falls is a breathtaking place to be. It gets crowded in the afternoon. We arrived there before 9am and was able to enjoy it. There are nice cafes and pubs in the area.

The ELKana Lodge was delightful and luxurious to stay! Picturesque townscape and friendly shops, great food and huge shout out to the community resilience for bouncing back after 2099 disaster - the entire town should be proud!

Marysville is a charming little town, small but cosy.
Marysville is a charming little town, small but cosy. Very good places to have breakfast. There are shops for renting snow equipment and chains (if the weather warrants it) Lake Mountain is only a 20 minute drive away.
The only thing is that the mobile phone reception is bad and there is no internet or wifi.
Pro Tip: The information centre has a wifi network which you can borrow to set up your maps or check routes on your phone.
We stayed in the Harvest Cottage for a Fri/Sat night weekend to relax and go hiking around Marysville. The room and everything about it was in pristine condition and relaxing, including the amazing garden. Right next to the main street but also very quiet, it was so nice to stroll out for a coffee or to the pub. We also bumped into the owners a couple of times who were super friendly and made us feel even more welcome. Planning or next trip back already!
The room was very big, even better than a five star hotel. It was absolutely neat and clean. There was a sports room where my son and I played table tennis when it got dark. The price was reasonable as well. The lady at the reception was very welcoming. It is two minutes drive to the centre.
Very private, luxury at it's finest. Bed was so comfortable, spa bath was very relaxing after a long drive. Close to the township. Breakfast 🥐 was delicious. Beautiful paintings and furnishings, Chandler's, I didn't want to leave. The host was lovely, we were made to feel very welcome.
- Helpful and sincerity of service provider

- Provide heater in everyroom and bathroom
- Close to convenient store / restaurant / coffee shop and ski rent cloth shop
The Cottage was perfect for a family of 4, with single beds for the kids. The fire and electric blankets were welcome in the cold, and the spa bath was great after the snow! A very short walk to Marysville amenities and nature walks. Highly recommended.
Very spacious and comfy room. The guest house is centrally located and very cosy on a winter day. It is surrounded by really beautiful trees which provide exquisite colors during autumn. I would highly recommend this place as compared to a hotel.
The owner was receptive and professional at hotel management. The facilities were equipped floor heaters, making winter warmer than ever. The room was spacious and clean.
The unique shower box with a radio and lightning.
Crossiant was also nice.
My room was spacious and comfy. I had a lovely spa in the room area. Also had a separate full bathroom as well. Smart TV work well with plenty of chanels to watch. Close to town and Stevensons Falls.
Honeysuckle Cottage was beautiful - very clean, cosy and so comfortable, all in beautiful surrounds. The location was perfect - walking distance to the centre of Marysville and all it has to offer.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The entire property was so clean and tidy. Breakfast was so delicious!! It was so relaxing and so nice to be surrounded by lovely views of Marysville.
We had a wonderful, relaxing time here, even with over 30 degrees heat everyday. It was the perfect getaway for our family of four. The garden and mountain surrounds was picturesque.
Best location in Marysville. Quaint, quiet little cottage. Basic setup so as long as you’re not precious it’s absolutely perfect. River, bbq and playground all a stones throw away!
