Free gifts & birthday card left in the room for my daughter on her 13th birthday was a lovely touch that made her feel very special that someone would go out of their way to do this. Check in lady was extremely pleasant, friendly & very helpful. Our room was made up as a priority & we were allowed access well before usual check in time. It was a great short stay & the accommodation suited the purpose given we only slept there in a quiet environment.
