Staff friendly & chill, they even gave us free beers on our 1st day as a welcome. You get 10% off drinks and food in the attached restauarant. We liked that the staff were pretty chill and just let us do our thing.
Bed were clean & comfortable. The bedrooms themselves were pretty well maintained & furnished, same as what you see in the pictures.
The terrace and common area in the hall way were nice and quiet to sit at if not in the room.
Location right next to the 120 bus stop that looped between City and Chatswood was very convenient.
