The apartment exceeded our expectations. For very bad weather outside, the rooms stayed warm and bedding was great. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Everything you needed to be self-contained. Great location.

Not much. Staff rude. Needed a slightly earlier checkin only half an hour and wasn’t given even though I rang prior to ask. We spent over $500 for two rooms and wasn’t allowed to check in to one room to get to an graduation after travelling for 4 hours. When we got back to the motel later that evening it was below expectations. Hairs in the bathroom, toilet not cleaned properly. Room not vacuumed, dust on numerous surfaces. Very disappointed. Staff did come and attended to this and did a another quick clean. (Which should of been done in the first place properly). Also staff were unfriendly on checkin and during stay. If you are in the hospitality industry please be hospitable or chose another business.
