From the friendliness of the staff and welcoming warm atmosphere to the cleanliness and services they offered, everything was well organized. We also appreciated that there was a free shuttle service to the city twice a day and that we could make use of the free bicycles! Great!

They had a large comfy bed, mosquito net and bathroom with toilet and shower. The balcony was perfect for breakfast with an elephant. Restaurant was also very nice and overall a lovey relaxed feel. All staff were super friendly and we would highly recommend Chai Lai Orchid. The 1 day elephant experience was absolutely amazing
