Meals were a delicious challenge (there was just so much yummy things to eat!), the family onsen next to our room had an outdoor onsen which was pleasant to use (water was cooler). Breakfast was very nice in the morning. Don't forget to go by happy hour where you can make your own drinks and hang out in the beautiful lounge area. Stayed in the triple room, very spacious and cozy interiors. Shared toilet/bathroom facilities, exceptionally clean. Had a shower/onsen in the property which was very nice to use. Very close to Yufuin town (5 minute walk), with convenience stores and nice restaurants nearby. Highlight was Assi the cat, very friendly and cute.

I particularly like how all the food for dinner and breakfast was prepared - we got all the produce, utensil, sauce needed and there was even a 'cookbook' teaching us how to cook. You simply don't need to worry even if you don't know how to cook. In short, we got all we needed and all instructions are clear.
