I stayed there twice (so it means, it is good enough to go back :-) ). I appreciate the location, very convenient to avenues and highways but still with restaurants & cafés close to walk. It is also quit, a PLUS in Sao Paulo.

The staff are very friendly, Sergio in the reception was great to deal with, and the girls in the kitchen Ruth and Cristina really were good to help out with the breakfast as my son has an special diet. The bedroom are very clean. Thank you so much all.

The value was good for Sao Paulo averages. The room was very clean. Somewhat tiny, but not unexpected for a budget. Great views from the higher floors!
